This weekend brought in the worst blackout I've ever encountered.

Friday afternoon brought what seemed like a blessing -- a cloud of snowfall brought joy and happiness, as well as a half-day of school. From there, I went on playing Pokemon Ultra Sun and enjoying myself on my computer.

The snow piled up massively, and everywhere you went there was practically a snowfield 2 in.+ deep. It was amazing, especially considering that we typically only get minimal amounts of snow in January -- just enough to get out of school.

It all seemed like a great weekend, but then that night the power went out. From there, I found half of my devices were practically uncharged and my laptop was basically dead. I didn't want to use any of the battery on my Switch, and my phone's data (as well as the Internet all around) was tanked to oblivion.

The entire day was spent doing basically nothing, aside from taking some family pictures. I couldn't even sprite (though I did get minimal amount of fanfic reading done), and it was abysmal.

Luckily, we got power back that night, so not all was terrible. But still, I don't want to experience such a long blackout ever again. On the bright side, I got Monday off, so that's always nice.
